Annual Safety and Employee Awards
PSSI is proud of its employees and their dedication to their jobs and of its safety record and its efforts to promote a safe work environment. Every year PSSI gives out annual awards to its employees in the categories of General Safety, Outstanding Safety, Attendance, Customer Service, and Employee of the Year.
The General Safety Award is given to those employees that have an excellent safety record and the Outstanding Safety Award goes to the employee who not only has an excellent safety record, but helps to improve the safety program.
The Best Attendance Award is given to those employees who have an excellent attendance record.
The Employee of the Year Award is given to an employee who not only has an good safety and attendance record, but also has an excellent attitude and willingness to exceed his/her job responsibilities.
The PSSI IGS Award is a special award given to an employee who not only has an good safety and attendance record, an excellent attitude and willingness to exceed his/her job responsibilities, but also is self motivated and goes above and beyond normal duties to help out or satisfy customer needs.
